I cannot recommend Audi Huntingdon enough and specifically Tom Newman. He went above and beyond anything we could have expected and made the experience of buying a new Audi so so special. From the very start when we walked into the showroom of deciding what we would like right through to collection. He kept us updated all the way through. Anything I was concerned about or didn’t understand he explained clearly with no hesitation and was not pushy in the slightest. He explained it all so we could make an informed decision and we are so happy with the package we have and feel safe in the knowledge Audi Huntingdon will look after us in the future. They honestly made the whole process seamless. Tom and his team also knew this was a huge purchase for us and helped us every step of the way. On our collection day Tom made it so special for us and helped us understand all the small details of the car so felt confident to drive away. Literally cannot say thank you enough Tom and Nick, we are over the moon with the car and your service. We will certainly keep coming back. Had to fight for over a month to get our holding deposit back after purchasing the car. The sun roof of the car was broken which we were promised would be fixed when we picked it up, it wasn't. We were also promised 2 free services and there is 'no record' of this.

Alex Milne was exceptionally helpful with the purchase of a use q5. Very knowledgable, prompt responses over email and organised the purchase so, as per our request, we were there for the minimum of time. Next time I need another Audi I will more than likely travel to Huntingdon Audi 80 miles away rather than go to my local dealer 6 miles away.

Bought an Audi A5 in October 2021 emailed them in November 2021 saying a warning light had come on in the car no reply back bad customer service. Took 3 phone calls and a manager to call me back about the car I part exchanged I was still getting mot reminders so they hadn't filled the paper work in so the old car was still in my name a year later. Now warning light is back on rang about this twice emailed a manager but still no reply always bought from audi but never one with such bad customer service plus from Manchester so drove all the way for this car. If your thinking about this Audi I would definitely go to a different one.

Booked in my car for a service, upon completion found my rear view camera was no longer working - contacted immediately then had to chase for 4 weeks over and over with empty promises of resolve and a call back. Upon finally having speaking to a manager they denied all responsibility and refused to repair or replace the camera. Have written to higher powers now and proceeding legal action - appalling. Unless your car is new just take it to Quattro tech....
