Helen is very patient with the patients and the owners!! and everyone treats your pet like their own.All so friendly and kind . As I have a very sensitive stressy dog I was allowed to take her straight in and stay with her till she fell asleep after her pre op jab. It's independent not part of a chain so think it makes a difference .

My brother and me have suffered and this has been written by him: NO STARS I am a 70 year old disabled pensioner. Me and my sister got excepted as new customers. We were over the moon with happiness. They promised to give our dogs, LiLLy & Foxy, their vaccine boosters which the last vet's had neglected to do. Then a good few days later we got seriously let down. They told us that they were not taking on any new customers. I lost my temper and gave them a mouthful. They reported me to the police. Now I have to appear in court because these nasty individual(s) want to punish me. 👎☹ī¸đŸ‘Ž
