Always helpful staff. Quick in and out to dispose of household waste. What more could you ask for? I was especially grateful to the member of staff who not only helped me with a large item out of the back of my car, but also provided water to wash my hands down afterwards. He did say they're not meant to help - so don't go demanding it. But I'm pleased to say they stepped up and volunteered anyway

Don’t wast your time unless you want to be rudely told what to do with your wast, They will also take a photo of you and your car without you knowing.. You will then be threatened by staff with Court. Go to Daventry instead much better people there..

Staff attitude towards clients needs improvement. I realise that ...yes, they not supposed to assist in unloading but at least talking polite and showing people to the right skip in a civilised manner, not pointing a stick and chewing gum , barely understanding what they saying.

Booking a timed slot is easy and it makes sure there is no queueing at any time. It's best to have your rubbish sorted as there are specific skips to put various types of waste into along with a general waste skip for none recycleables. Parking is easy but there is no access if you don't bring your waste in a car. At the entrance there is a charity shop which will take items that can be reused and are too good to throw away.
