Revised review to 1 star, would give less if I could. The move out process has been terrible from start to finish. Greedy rent increases year on year, (£100 more per month than other agents in the same building), claims of nails in the bedroom wall, when asked for evidence back tracked. Repairs reported during tenancy ignored.

OLIVER LEFT A VOICEMAIL WHICH I RESPONDED TO WITH A DETAILED EMAIL ON 12TH FEB, ALSO COPYING IN ROB WILLAMS (BRANCH MANAGER I THINK) THE EMAIL WAS NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED, LET ALONE ANY APOLOGY RECEIVED. WE'RE CURRENLY IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A PROPERTY THROUGH YOUR MOVE, THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR FROM YOUR MOVE IS FANTASIC WITH GREAT COMMUNICATION! WE WILL NEVER CONSIDER SELLING OR PURCHASING A PROPERTY USING HUNTERS AGAIN! SINCE THE APPARENT SALE OF THE HUNTERS BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! HIGHLY RECOMEND ANY POTENTIAL SELLERS CONSIDER USING YOUR MOVE RATHER THAN HUNTERS. Awful communication.
