We were feel ripped off by them and felt completely powerless. We were not provided any breakdown of the amount for deductions of our deposit. Firstly, we should have received our deposit back within two working weeks. We only got to receive it today after almost 3 months of constant chasing and mental stress. We were not provided a breakdown of the deposit deductions and were told the deductions amounted to 392 pounds. Feeling powerless and in need for our money we asked them to give us the money back, but all lines were crosses today when an additional deduction of £78 was made for keys, even though we handed both keys over to them in their office. We only got to learn about this deduction after we got the deposit in our account and their was no mention of it before. If getting a property from them please take video evidences of every small thing like a crazy person, even when handing them over the keys
