Message for management as well: Get a better sales team perhaps??? Made an offer on a property same day after viewing, which was the 16th. They said they have one more viewing ehich they couldn't cancel as it was a viewer from London and that if they don't recieve an offer from him the seller would accept mine as it was currently the highest offer standing. For some reason proof of funds and ID check was never done as well so perhaps they never even put my offer through in first place so gone wrong from the start. Waited like a week from then, got no reply so rang the office. Apparently my offer was never put through, and they only take new offers when their sales team is in which is only Thursday & Friday of the week. Ok then... Waited and rang the following Thursday, made my offer, she said she was waiting for one more offer and would let me know the same day before 1pm or the next day. Of course that response never came. Offices closed for Christmas and Bank Holiday, and had to wait through the week till Thursday only to ring them to find out that property had now been sold, a higher offer was made on the same day I had made mine, no one had got back to me (apparently they did but I have proof that they didn't lol) and now the other property I would have offered on has also sold and I'm left with no options. DO NOT even bother trying to buy property's of these lot because you'd be better off on looking for properties on Facebook or something 😂 Sales team deserve to be sacked. What kind of estate agents accept offers only on a Thursday or Friday. What a waste of time.
