I used Hunters, Dartford for renting a Flat a few months back. I wanted to post a review before but I waited for a while to observe the after sales service. While giving them the number of stars I first stopped at 4 but then considering there support, I could not reduce a single star. I remember calling Hunters and speaking to Rhys who was so quick and agile in setting up a viewing for the property considering the fact that I was unavailable during working hours. His guidance at the start provided me full understanding on the process and the time it would take for me to move in. Hence, I was able to finalize a property ASAP. Then I was handed over to Hayley, who was looking after my processing and other related matters. She kept me up to date with everything and responded to all my queries in a timely manner. After my move in, the guidance I received from her on the utilities and some other stuff related to management of the property, is something I cannot trivialize. All in all, very helpful, nice, polite and professional people.

I would certainly recommend Hunters in Dartford for handling your sale. My main contact was Rhys assisted by Colin who was happy to help when Rhys was not available. Hunters far outperformed the competition in terms of valuation, I was impressed by Rhys' bold pitch by valuing my flat higher than other firms were prepared to and he backed it up by securing a buyer very quickly for above the asking price. They also offer very competitive rates. Throughout the process Rhys or Colin were always available at the end of the phone and helped to push things along when required. Overall I was generally pleased with the service I received and can say that they are one of the top estate agents in Dartford.

I highly recommend using Hunter's in Dartford. Rhys the Manager went over and above to help with selling my house. He was always calm in all situations and very patient. Rhys would always ring with an update, so you were never in the dark you always knew where you were in the process. I prefer straight talking people who are positive thinking and that's what I got, I don't like the sells type that don't listen. Also Rhys's colleagues we're all very helpful too! 5 Star Service and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for your help and time in selling our house!

The process is very well organized and well communicated professionally... Also, we been rented our property via Huntress. Hayley is super active person the day one process is very smooth to finding a tenant, references check, paper work and keep updating the status on prompt.
