I placed my order at 7.55pm, due to arrive 8.20-8.35pm. In the end the driver was late, couldn’t locate the place even if we gave him the exact location and arrived at 9.02, almost half an hour late. Now the pizza is cold and ruined, and I demand compensation for this substandard service.

Horrible service ! Delivery guys rude, never bring food to your door call you demand you to come outside & get your food , they think we are mercy on their feet attitude like don't care. When you complain to Hungry panda customer service they don't do nothing. Keeping bunch of unprofessional bogus team. I will never order from this company

I had a terrible experience with Hungry Panda. Their customer service is extremely poor and ineffective. No matter how much I tried to explain my issues, they simply ignored me and refused to solve the problems. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. Moreover, when something went wrong with my order, they completely put the responsibility on me, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone not to use this app and uninstall it immediately. Having lived and settled in the UK for many years, I have never encountered such a terrible food delivery platform like Hungry Panda.

I have been reccomended this app for delivery to earn some side income from a chinese pal of mine. I signed up and uploaded relevant documents well over a few months. I was told i will start after chinese new year. Me and my chinese pal signed up together his application was processed while mine is still up to today in processing. Also they have stopped responding to my email and their contact number is bogus and it plays hold music for like 30 seconds, and then always cuts off after. Contact me for proof @Hungrypanda Horrible customer service.

This is the most horrible app I’ve ever used. First, I paid for the membership, but the delivery guys never delivered food to my door, they were so rude. Second, the customer service doesn’t help at all, the restaurant gave me the wrong food and I can’t believe I’ve been waiting for the refund for nearly 3 days and still doesn’t get it. And even I made complaints the client just said I already reported. I can’t believe this trash app can exist in the market.
