I've been visiting Hungry Buddha since it opened in 2017. The food is the kind your mum or your aunt will cook for you on a busy school day. It isn't loaded with spices, paneer/naan which is typecasted as Indian. The price also reflects the food's character. It is special as it is humble, gentle, caring almost like your mum's affection. If you miss your Indian home cooked meal, do visit Hungry Buddha.

First time here. Was excellent didn't know what to expect. I had a bit of everything and a bottle of water for £10. Very tasty but not overly spicy, filling and exactly what I had hoped for. Will be back again.

Part of a food so the advantage of going here as a group is that different people can try different cuisines. Authentic indo-nepali food, nothing too spicy or oily, very plain and simple, just like homemade food. The chapatis were over (about 1:30 PM) so i hope to go over again some other day to eat a complete thali. The veg momos were good and freshly steamed. Good portions for a good price. Friendly staff.
