My daughter spent a lot of money on an antique ring, paid £90 to have it re-sized. The ring has snapped and when I took it back to the shop the man I spoke to was not interested in what I had to say at all and said that she had caught the ring on something but she hadn’t and it had snapped where it had been joined. He was very unhelpful and wanted another £30 to have it repaired. Very poor service, would never use them again
