SO impressed with Hundred House Coffee. I bought my Dad a 6 month subscription but the coffee for February didn't arrive. Hundred House Coffee confirmed they had dispatched so most likely it seems that Royal Mail have lost it, but without me even asking them to, they offered to send a replacement. This might not necessarily have humungous monetary value, but they didn't need to pay for Royal Mail's mistake and it's so refreshing to experience excellent customer service without having to make a fuss for it! Thank you (for the delicious coffee too)
