Was a great experience. Was shopping for my mom-in- laws shoes for her up and coming 100th birthday in June. The selection was amazing ! The young lady who helped us was bubbly,efficient ,knowledgeable about the stock. Unfortunately didn't get her name but GREAT SERVICE!!! ended up buying 2 pairs ,and my mom-in -law was thrilled to bits . My mom took me here when I was a child, and I now bring my daughter. They are fantastic with my little girl and I always get her shoes from here. They do occasionally have decent sales on. I did have an issue once when my daughter didn't seem to be walking correctly in her new shoes, took her back and they remeasured her a week after and they kindly swapped the shoes as they were incorrect, can't knock them for resolving the problem. I love that they offered to take a photo of my little girl when we got her first shoes from here and put it in a cute frame for us to keep.
