From our first visit for measurements , through approving the design, to the completion of the job , I dealt with an extremely helpful team. Veronica who helped with the design, came up with really good ideas and she constantly thought outside the box , which is so refreshing. She was extremely patient dealing with all my requests and an absolutely pleasure to work with . Rory worked relentlessly to complete the job and his attention to detail achieved the flawless finish I was looking for . The team was polite , friendly and beyond considerate as the room ended up cleaner than when they started working on it . I am so thankful for the job to be completed on schedule and for the talented design skills and craftsmanship involved . I ended up with a stunning peace of furniture and I will be recommending Humphries to all friends and family for sure ! Thank you to everyone involved . The cabinets are good - but the process to getting them wasn’t great. There were: - regular changes of plan, often without explanation - issues around internal communication, requiring multiple rebriefs - challenges around limited fluency in English The end result is good - just expect a bumpy journey. It started off well but ended in disaster - issue with communication between the site visit and what is drawn on plans leading to errors on the installation, desk heights issue not allowing for a seated chair, delays with the paint work, ended up being a very stressful installation and multiple errors and no contact from the owner himself who was aware of the terrible mistakes. As a novice working with an experienced cabinet making company these errors should have been avoided. My advice is if you are going to use them triple check your diagrams, ensure the the right and left hand side are clearly marks on your diagrams, make sure you know what height you want things and make sure that the person who has come for your site visits reviews the design plans with you. Personally I will not be using them again and would not recommend sadly.
