Do not use this company! We booked them for a dance floor hire for our wedding in April this year (booking was in November 2017). I emailed them over the Christmas period to confirm everything was ok, no reply. I emailed them again and we get an unapologetic, uncaring reply to say that they will now no longer be willing to take our booking. With only 3 moths till our wedding, this was devastating and luckily there are other reputable businesses out there that have helped us at short notice as this company left us in a terrible position. I rang them countless times with no answer every time, I have only had one email response since chasing my deposit to be refunded and no apology. They do not care, the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they have no loyalty to their customers! Avoid at all costs!!
