They were quick to arrange viewings and were flexible with times for us. Once we found a buyer, David in particular was extremely helpful and knowledge. Honest Feedback! I definitely recommend Humphreys for anyone wanting to rent in Chester. I and my spouse communicated with Matthew Royle, he is so friendly and professional. We have visited many Estate agencies in Chester and none of them were like Humphreys. They worked very efficiently with us and Matthew was always available to guide us on the process. I wouldn’t even give these people a one star but there is nothing lower. My daughter and partner were trying to rent a house with them. They were treated terrible. They provided everything that was asked, still lost the house through awful communication and awful customer service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.
