An incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming, with a special mention to Miller, who sets the standard for his restaurant at the highest level. The food itself was delicious; so much so that I could not pick a favourite. I’ll definitely be returning!

What an incredible restaurant!!! Shame I can’t leave a 6th star. After reading about Humo’s concept of wood fired cooking, I booked as a Birthday treat and it was without a doubt the best birthday meal I ever had - they treated me like a queen! The lobster, scallop and the lamb are literally to die for, words cannot even begin to explain! We ate all but a few dishes between us and it was faultless, beautifully presented with some unique flavour combinations all being true to their style somehow tasting somehow of fire. The team were so charming delivering impeccable service without being invasive and the whole ambience was just perfect. You have to go!!! Thank you so much Humo! We will be back for sure <3
