Went to get my car serviced. Was easy enough to drop off. Relatively friendly if a little jaded counter staff member took the keys and we did the walk through. Got a call midway through the afternoon to discuss the various things that needed doing. Asked the mechanic to call back as I was busy. Didn't get the call back. Collection: you have to be there by 5pm. Which is awkward as chances are you've had to public transport it to and from there and so ideally they should open until 6.30pm (or even 6pm at least). The service was not the branded mandatory one, but the next best 'premium' service. It was steep at a total of They are pretty much the only remaining Mitsubishi specialists in N London and although one expects dealerships to be more expensive the cost of the remedial works was eyewatering bordering on the extortionate. Motorists don't appreciate being ripped off by a dealership who are clearly capitalising on their lone-provider status. Will not be returning and would advise others to opt for their local mechanic Vs a chain garage.

I bought a spare part a couple of days ago. But realised I didn’t need the next day. I tried to return it today with the box and full packaging for a refund. Their policy is to never give a full refund and their standard policy is to reduce refund by 25%. For me they reduced by just 15% so I gave them an extra star. 2 stars in total. What they say below is true. I just disagree with handling charge. Should be free returns for at least 14 days. 🙏🏾
