£241.88 a week rent. Moved here in December. My bedroom wall has been caving in since day one (1/12/2022) Humbercare finally sent maintenance around 7 months later. He had a box of Pollyfilla. For a collapsing wall The hallway Ceiling was worse and after 5 months complaining- Eventually collapsed on me forcing me to attend hospital to get my eyes flushed as the debrea went into my eyes irritating my Glaucoma. Humbercare are supposed to be 'Supoorted Accomodation' absolute joke of a company. Issues - Window will not close / lock. Boiler has been needing a service since 01/12/2021 and still to this day the Boiler does NOT WORK. That is 6/7 months no hot water so I'm having to use the kettle to fill baths. But then I give in and get a freezing cold bath or shower or I'll spend a fortune on electricity. 0 loft insulation. Dangerous stairway which is my only entrence and exit to and from the property. Bathroom floor is literally caving into the below property which is unoccupied. And this is £241 a week RENT.. I get adviced to move. Isn't that easy to just pack and move is jt. My worker is brilliant and she goes above and beyond to dk anything she's able to for me however how can she do things when management / maintenance won't pull their finger out and do stuff? I couldn't care less if you read this and decide to evict me. Do me a favour!

I only gave 1 star because you can't go into negative numbers, I lived in a humbercare property in the past, problems I faced are in this list because I can't type the whole thing as paragraphs *washing machine that was never fixed *never received black bins which to avoid fines resulted in black trash bags having to be stored in the house *replaced 1 oven that worked a month for one that broke in 3, the 2nd over had DUCT TAPE keeping the door shut on the INSIDE LATCH, which broke 3 months later *mould in the gas meter cupboard that badly affected my ASTHMA BECAUSE MOULD IS A TRIGGER *A boiler that lost all it's pressure before filling HALF a bath that was only ever lukewarm *to top it off they put me in debt because THEY filled out housing benefit forms in wrong, THEY ADMITTED THIS WAS THEIR FAULT, NEVER TRIED TO HELP ME FIX IT, PROMISED TO MOVE ME TO AN AFFORDABLE HOUSE TO WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, PROMISED THEY WOULDNT JUST EVICT ME AND MAKE IT WORK, GAVE ME 1 WEEK EVICTION NOTICE LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER PROMISING THIS! I WISH I HAD OF BEEN HOMESLESS ON THE STREET IN THE WORST WINTER OF THE CENTURY THAN HAVE EVER GONE TO THESE FOR HELP. DO NOT TRUST HUMBERCARE. HUMBERCARE DOES NOT CARE! *

WOW what an amazing support service! Courtney and Hannah found one of your service users looking after my one year old kitten who has been missing since four days. They recognised that something wasn’t right and they went above and beyond to talk the service user into accepting having my kitten taken to a vets to be checked for a chip and to find its rightful owner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It would have been easy for them to turn a blind eye but they didn’t and I’ll be forever grateful for that.

Been living in my Humbercare property now for nearly "4 Years"!!!! Still having issues with minor things like Rubbish in my back garden which should have been removed over 2 Years ago, also the flooring in my bedroom needs repairing,my so-called support worker didn't want to know, infact she more or less said repair it yourself!!! I have a fat kid living above me who constantly bangs his door to his flat, anyway I reported this to my support worker,I just said jokingly, you'll do some repairs on it once it falls off,she turned around and said yeah we probably will do if that happens,I couldn't believe what I was hearing,It's a joke,OUR BORDER COLLIE "MAX" COULD DO A BETTER JOB WITH HIS EYES SHUT,BLESS HIM!!!!! I'm having issues with my heating,I can't top up with credit,I've tried to contact my support worker about this on several occasions,I'm still waiting for a response from her,the support worker I had before this one was totally different, she was alot better, sadly she had to leave :-( ...

Absolutely awful, treat vulnerable people like meal tickets. I don't know how they can still be classed as a charity, The saying is "Humbercare don't care"
