  3 weeks and lm still waiting for my item, been informed over the phone twice that item was posted on the 6 & 11 June 2022 😤😡and still no show of item, this company leave me with no choice but to inform ALL CUSTOMERS to be aware what stock they have online as item aren’t always available as you can see l still haven’t received mine nor will they refund me my money. They leave me with no choice but to take this matter forward to SMALL CLAIMS COURT and also to inform my credit card provider this matter ! Small company choosing not to resolve small matters ! 😳

  I recently bought a Brooks saddle for my Brompton and don’t often feel the need to write a review but everything about this purchase is worthy of 5 stars. The communication and advice was superb and I am now the very proud owner of the most beautiful saddle, and having given it a few weeks of commuting to wear in a little, I can honestly say this was worth every penny. Not only do they look stunning but they really are a great ride, I’d go as far to say more comfortable than my Brompton one. The whole transaction was easy and Humancycle were an absolute pleasure to do business with, I can’t recommend them enough.

  Cannot recommand more !! I reached out to the owner of the Hymancycle website a few months ago because the raining season was there and I needed a rainponcho for when I am cycling. I asked if they offered student discounts and the owner said he never thought about it but he nicely offered either : 10% on the total of my order or free shipping (towards France where I live) I was blown away by how reactive he and his team were via the chat put in place on the website, making communication between the seller and the buyer very easy. I could ask my questions about my article, shipping, and the possibility of getting a student discount there, and the answer everytime came within a minute. Shipping took a bit a time because of Covid and the fact I do not live in the UK, but the parcel was perfectly protected and arrived safe. Nothing to say about the product except that it performs perfectly (People's Poncho in red) and that I am very happy that I have bought it via this website. I would for sure the day I need anything bike-related, order again there! Thank you !

  I have been a cyclist for many years, and still cycle over a hundred miles a week. I purchased a Brompton bike in order to convert it to an electric assist, just to use for commuting and going to town. After spending a long time looking for the right conversion kit, I came across the Zehus all in one hub, supplied by Human Cycles. Wow what a fantastic kit, you get a replacement rear triangle, complete rear wheel with the Zehus all in one hub laced ready, and a handlebar remote. Everything is ready for use, and they can even convert your bike for you too!. The Zehus all in one hub is just a masterpiece, everything is inside it, the motor, the batteries and the controller. It only adds a few kilos to your bike, but the no unsightly battery bag or cables to get caught on. Using it is so easy, either start the app on your phone, or simply start riding, pedal backwards three times to switch on the system. Unlike many other electric conversion kits this one also has KERS, (regenerative braking), simply pedal backwards to engage, it's just like squeezing the brakes on without touching the levers. Finally, an all in one system that works, looks slick and no wires or batteries to worry about. Brilliant!. So go and check out Human Cycles website, a first class service from start to finish.

  I recently purchased the new Closca bottle in Sahara from the Humancycle website. I really like the colour - I got Sahara. It's really useful for hot and cold drinks - I usually put cold water in and it lasts so long (around 24 hours) which is so refreshing. I even put hot drinks like a herbal tea or coffee in this flask which doubles as a bottle and it stays hot for the whole day which is really useful during these cold winter months on a walk or bike ride. Even though I don't cycle all the time this bottle is versatile that you can use it whenever. Five stars and I'm thinking of getting the green one for my boyfriend. Thanks Marnie for great communication throughout and friendly service.

  I love this product! It’s so easy to use and the communication with the folk at HumanCycle was so helpful. An underrated product that more people should be using! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's thinking of starting cycling or already does. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and how succinct it looks built into the bike. I love my Brompton more than ever and would recommend this Driiven kit 5/5 stars.

  If you are a cyclist enthusiast like myself ... this is the company for you. All the products on offer are highly smart and avant garde. Me and my Brompton couldn’t live without the electric conversion kit purchased and only available from this company. The wheel is elegant, blends in well and is very easy to use... furthermore the power seems to last forever. The Closca helmet has become an indispensable item for me as it folds away easily into a bag leaving enough space for everything else and I love the Poncho which Is one of the of the most useful items any urban cyclist should own. Five star from me *****
