This doesn't even deserve any stars at all, I totally agree with all the poor service they have given, Sara literally said she will be in touch to make up for the missed months, so I noticed the profile picture was no longer there so I texted to see if my messages would go through but it didn't. & there's no way of contacting them it's like tgey ran away it's very suspicious & unprofessional, so please don't join she literally lied to me. Please see the evidence attached.

Luckily my daughtyer got engaged even otherwise so I didn't have to rely on these fraudsters. They do not deserve even one star, but below 0 stars. I've complained to Financial Ombudsmen as these people are business frauds. They took the money online but never responded to my voicemails or emails. Message for public. Please don't pay a single penny to them in future. I will carry on filing my complaints till I get my money back!

Don’t waste your money or time. It’s really sad that companies like this take advantage and exploit Muslims trying to find a spouse. In short: - I paused my membership in feb due to poor quality matches and I’ve now been blocked when I went to restart it again. - The matches on here are nothing special and a lot of them can be found on free or cheaper services. - the quality of matches is extremely poor and you get time wasters/people who aren’t serious about marriage. - I was told matches had rejected me however I came across one of them on another service. He approached me so I mentioned hum marriage to him and how I’d been told he rejected my profile- it wasn’t true. He showed me his conversation with Sara in which she told him I’d said no. When I questioned Sara about this I got no response. - They seem to tell you matches have rejected you so you will stay on for longer or upgrade to the next package. - They lie about match profiles. For example, I was sent a match who was 28 years of age but his picture evidently showed he was Atleast 40 (no disrespect). I messaged him any way and asked to which he told me he was 42. Again, Sara had no response when I pulled her up on her lie.

Wish I could BSlap this company owner. Absolute scam and fraud. I had subscribed to their platinum package which mean proposals after every 1-2 weeks. They would send proposals who wouldn’t even respond. So I think they have some inside people just pretending to be proposals.
