I sent a parcel to them, 3 months ago, the parcel didn't arrive, even worse, it can't be found either by them in the system or by the person to whom I sent it, reading the comments above I realized clearly someone took it from them, the package was worth £200, very unprofessional

Just been in to return a parcel. I prepared my parcel, but the tape was lifting. I asked if possible when comes through hatch for a bit of tape to be added. I was given a roll (no charge) to improve the parcel. I thought this was a truly kind helpful gesture, from my local post office. Thank you 5*.
