Sent an enquiry about a heat sealer for my new coffee roastery, I got a quick reply back from Peter who was more than happy to talk me through a few different options and invited me to their workshop for a demo with some of my potential coffee bags. Peter showed me the machine we thought would best sort my needs and went through a couple of other options I could have. We tried a few bags and my decision was made and my new sealer was in the boot of my car. Great little company that have been making quality machines that will last for year for many many years and great customer service.

I have just had occasion to bring it in to replace a faulty connector which was done in super efficient time whilst I waited. I can't fault the quality of the product nor the service given.
