Wow what a set of cowboys! Came 2 times to my house to "try" and fit a log burner bought from them! Failed both times! First time, was they was some wood under the fire place that needed to be removed and they said they couldn't do it, (took my husband 5 minutes to remove) came back again to "try" again! And what can I say! Not even here an hour and half! One went on the roof to try and put a 5kg weight down! And he had actually cracked my roof ties! I have literally just paid £10000 for a new roof! And when I say just, I mean on Monday I paid for it, so not even a week old and he has cracked the tiles! Will have to now pay for the roofers to come back and change them! Fumming is not the word! Reckon that's why they cut it short as he knew what he had done. Then let's talk about the soot, only put one sheet down! I have cream carpet's, what are now black! They blamed the "kitten" for this as he came in the living room! Didn't realize my kitten wears a size 9 shoe! It was every where! All over my sofa, wood work the lot. Didn't even put one down in the walk way of my other living were you have to walk through to get to the main living room! We was stood watching the soot come out of the chimney for the fella to then say, "oh maybe we should move as this is poisonous" we had been stood they're for 5 minutes when he then told us this! He then told my husband that he could fit the log burner without the liner going down the chimney, I mean surely that's not health and safety correct! He said he could Fit the fire ,like that but wouldn't be able to sign it off! That was the owner "jasper" that said that! So safe to say we now have a log burner sat wrapped up in the living room! Utter joke!
