One of the most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever met! Complete opposite of what I expected from a “salesman”. Went above and beyond to help me & even suggested other places to make sure I got the best piano for my budget. Thank you very much!

He allowed us to take our time considering such an important purchase, he wasn’t pushy and that gave us the confidence to go back many times before deciding on a beautiful piano which was delivered today. A little hidden gem in Longsight. Nick is a really nice guy and really knowledgable. He even stayed late after closing for me to get there. Very honest and customer service was second to none. Mother definitely approves and i think the stool will replace the "Wife".

I would highly recommend Nick and North West Piano Centre. We recently bought a second hand Yahama UX3 and we could not be happier. The piano is stunning and sounds wonderful. Nick is extremely knowledgable, very friendly and not at all pushy. There is a family feel to the company and Nick will do his upmost to help you choose a piano that is right for you. The installation, which was not straightforward, was handled very professionally and efficiently. Very satisfied customer.
