Terrible place and service can’t get a straight answer from these lot , plus they are Liars . I’m having to move cities because of this council.once again for the 6-7th time they ignored and just hung up the phone after a woman answering my call after 35 minutes and then hold for another 29 minutes then phone hung up😡 the Hull City Council his failing to carry out safety checks survey etc, i hymn they want me to die by electric or gas burst I think 🤔. It been two weeks they haven’t got back to me since but I when I try get hold of them and I get treated like this clearly shows how much they don’t care about me/or us . I suffer mental health and they know this and this is there results on treating individuals.
