    Very strange work experience. Employed for doing shifts for specified hours, went to training, induction, after got no shifts at all, tried to contact and see what shifts available and to offer my availability, no answer. In the end receive p45 not given any explanations, apart from as if I adviced that I am no longer available to work for them. I have a lot experience in care, good qualifications. However, good training opportunities provided.
