Just purchased a suite from W&T Nettleton in Horbury, Wakefield. and delighted with the service. Great showroom and plenty of customer parking. From the welcome and helpful pointers by Paul Bromley, it was great to view the furniture without being rushed or pressured, but Paul was there when needed to help. It really is worth a visit to see the huge range of furniture and look at the samples. Really good customer service, thank you.

Sofa was ordered in September and the wrong colour was delivered early December after paying in full. To date Nettletons have been unable to secure a new deli dry date. Too many mistakes and not the ked before delivery. Cancelled order. Do not use this company very poor service. I have now received the correct sofa after Paul the manager looked into this and I would like to say Thank you for everything you have done

Great place, staff were very helpful in both the Bedroom department and the furniture department. Only downside was as there are two separate quite old buildings, disabled access was restricted. Other than that no problems.

He recognised that she needed to talk things through and so left us alone to discuss without putting pressure on us to buy. It took a long time for her to choose and Andy was very patient.
