Absolutely useless organisation. Visited twice and refused to install new cooker. Electrician says that they are very petty and there is no reason why they can't fit it. Petty useless company that think they know better than a qualified engineer. Avoid unless you want hassle l.

Service excellent. Needed a tumble dryer asap was in and out in 10 mins on way home with the dryer. Had gone to currys next door prior and stood around waiting for help I then approached staff who were very u helpful on currys so walked next door to hughes who are amazing helpful and prompt.
