First time customer at Hughes Rental. Spoke to Ollie who arranged a TV for me. However on delivery was wrong model TV. Ollie was very apologetic and did me a deal until the right one comes in. Ollie was very polite and friendly. Spoke to Kat today about a query I had. Once again polite friendly. Customer service from them was excellent. I’ve also spoke to a guy at Hughes Trade, again polite friendly had the time of day for a good conversation. Can’t rate Hughes Rental high enough they are absolutely brilliant.
