Not happy with a female member staff. You were recommended from a number of jewellers to help with changing a battery in my watch, a Breitling. I walked in & was welcomed by a very polite gentleman. He told me it had to be sent away. The female staff member butted in, when I looked at her I saw that she was looking at the shopping bag from Primark that I had with a look of distain & said Timpsons are down the road. So I left after the staff member tried to tell me where Timpsons was. I mentioned this to several other jewellers in Harrogate & they said they weren't surprised, unless you look rich they just don't want to know.
