Simon helped us with a loft extension. Things ran smoothly but we ran into a party wall issue following a building error by our loft co. which only came to light after the loft was built. Simon was really easy to work with, kept us well informed throughout and responsive, very proactive and pragmatic. He worked with us on a solution then helped resolve the issue swiftly, liaising with the neighbour's surveyor, which was subsequently agreed. It was a huge relief. We would definitely use Simon again and would have no hesitation recommending his services.
