Perfect for little cherry trees,small conifers and medium sized branches very good vaule for this ms170 lil beast AVOID buying from roboexpert online too good to be true don't make the same mistake I did I nearly passed out it took me 2 months 3 weeks to get money back from a different chainsaw I purchased which cost me a lot it was a MS 194 T. Thank God for paypal they never shipped it off messed me about and it was supposed to be free delivery but when you look at reviews loads of customers where getting heavy import charges which was nearly double the chainsaw lol
