    Having gone to sort a stressful situation out with V5 and car tax, my traumatic stammer went into overdrive. The wonderful lady behind the counter with bobbed hair and glasses was so lovely and kind to me, making sure I was OK and telling me not to worry about my speech at all. She took her time with me and dried my tears and told me some amazing things I really needed someone to share with me today. Wonderful customer service, she's a kind and generous person who should be praised so much. Thank you.

    Really bad the manager doesn't return calls or emails the only staff that are welcoming are the staff in the parcel collection some of the staff that deliver in HD1 don't even book parcels out the staff in the parcel collection are really fed up of this all around the place isn't like it use to be it is badly managed some staff need to have the right training
