I have been seeing Henna for four weeks and had three appointments during this time. I came to see Henna after going round the bend with the NHS for four years and was very depressed and had no relief from the pelvic pain I was suffering, had not had a full nights sleep for over 4 years and my bowels were not working properly. In such a short time Henna has helped put me in a much better frame of mind as I am not in chronic pain for the first time in a very long time. I have had a few good nights sleep and I can feel so much improvement in my pelvic floor and core. I wish my friend who suggested I see an Osteopath had spoken to me sooner because the difference is so pronounced. I visited Henna over several weeks to help with a long-term problem in my shoulder and back. Henna, was very professional, thorough and clearly knew her trade; she is refreshingly matter-of-fact in her approach. Henna encourages clients to continue at home, what she starts in her practice - demonstrating various stretches and exercises I needed to work on at home. She also helped me to better-understand and address, my poor posture and the effect it has on my back pain. I have been received treatment from Henna for the past four months. I can not recommend her highly enough she is so warm, welcoming and friendly. Henna has made me feel very comfortable and at ease during ever single visit. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable always happy to answer any questions. I had extreme back pain when I first visited the practice to the point where I was struggling to even walk but I noticed a difference straight after my first session with Henna.
