Reception team is really nice but unfortunately the Sales Associates (in my case Ellie) are very unresponsive. Didn’t confirm viewings, never picked up the phone and my email requesting to rent the office + buy memberships went ignored… Luckily the on-site team was ready to show me the office when I showed up. Such a shame for an otherwise nice office space.

I was in London on a Bank Holiday and needed a space to work. Huckletree allowed me to book a reservation for this day, so I assumed they would be open. When I showed up to the location they were closed. This was a huge inconvenience. The least they can do is ensure that their online booking system reflects their actual opening hours and dates.

The receptionist working on Friday 13th at the Soho branch was lovely, very helpful and informative in answering my questions and giving a human touch to what could be just another Co working space. I don’t leave reviews often but I felt the need to give credit where credit is due. 👌

It's Ok. Not too many tables to work. Not too many phone booths and they absolutely not want to let you in before 9am. Not too welcoming in my experience!
