From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Declan who showed me the warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a highly productive and enjoyable workday. First and foremost, the facilities at Hubflow is top-notch. The space is thoughtfully designed with a perfect balance of modern aesthetics and functionality. The seating options are plentiful, ranging from ergonomic chairs to spacious standing desks and telephone booth, ensuring that every individual's working style and comfort preferences are accommodated. The abundance of natural light streaming through large windows creates an uplifting ambiance, keeping fatigue at bay and enhancing focus. He greeted me with a smile and efficiently guided me through, always available to address any queries or coffee machine technical difficulties, displayed a genuine commitment to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. The meticulously maintained and fully equipped meeting rooms offer a professional environment for collaboration and client meetings. The kitchen area provides a variety of complimentary beverages, including coffee and tea. which were a welcome pick-me-up during my busy workday.   Dropped into Hubflow (Dublin Road) as needed to have a meeting in town whist working off site. Came highly recommended from a colleague and rightfully so. The hub has an excellent range of hot desk options – all with high spec lighting, plugs and seating. The vibe is perfect for concentrating on work and/or making any calls, there’s even large meeting rooms, private call spaces, and lockers on hand. Along with the usual free teas and coffees – there’s also heavily subsidised fancy coffee options in the kitchen, and a Tesco across the road for anything else. The Day Pass gave me full access to everything I needed – will definitely be back.

  I really like the space on Dublin Road - it's a bright and inspiring place to work and I definitely see an improvement in my productivity when I am out of the house and in the office. The guys are really helpful and accommodating and the location and facilities are top class. Much better value for money than I have seen in other spaces too. Bear in mind that if you are a solo remote worker like I am and looking for a more social co-working space, then this may not be the one for you - but from a productivity point of view, it's great.

  Amazing space, the best facilities and a hustling atmosphere. Hubflow is especially good for me as I spend half the year split between working from Australia and UK so it's a perfect haven for me to get in the zone and stay productive. Looking forward to July and returning to Hubflow :)

  I joined Hubflow when I started up my own Project Management business in 2021. In my role i work remotely and travel a significant amount of time so the Hubflow lite membership has been a brilliant way for me to maintain a base for my Business in Belfast and alway have the flexibility of a working space that suits my lifestyle. Declan and team made me feel welcome from day 1 and have always been on hand with queries and requests to suit my business operations. There is a vibrancy and energy within Hubflow, enhanced by super fast connectivity, hybrid working spaces and great people, it creates a very enjoyable place to work.   What a great location and vibe! 5 minute walk from the train station with a great atmosphere internally. Peaceful enough to allow you to get on with your work and ambient enough to give you that city working experience that I love.
