Loved it here, super close to station and lovely modern new room. Staff super friendly. Only downside is there’s no kettle in the room, but I understand it’s a more minimal premier inn! Besides that it’s 10:10

Ample storage place (I had a medium suitcase and backpack and there was plenty of space left over. Perfect bathroom. Very good wifi speed. Large TV but some channels did not work. There is a courtesy bottle of water and tea and coffee at the reception. I I used it alone, it may be a bit uncomfortable for two people, but it is prepared to receive two. You can leave my bags early in the morning, check-in is strict at 3:00 p.m. I did not use other facilities or breakfast. Good location, just a few meters from West Brompton station on the District line. (Original) Estadía de 1 sola noche. Habitación pequeña pero confortable. Cama muy cómoda, con enchufes cerca. Amplio lugar de guardado (yo tenía una valija mediana y mochila y sobraba muchísimo lugar. Baño perfecto. Muy buena velocidad de wifi. TV grande pero algunos canales no funcionaban. Hay una botella de agua de cortesía y te y café en la recepción. Yo la utilicé sola, puede ser que para dos personas sea un poco incómodo, pero está preparada para recibir a dos. Puede dejar mis valijas temprano por la mañana, el check-in es estricto a las 15. No utilicé otras instalaciones ni desayuno. Ubicación buena, apenas unos metros de la estación West Brompton de la línea District.

Dropped in after a quick visit to Earls Court. Starving hungry so in truth anything would have done. This was the first place we found so we stayed to eat. Staff polite but a little distracted. Service OK. We ordered 2 margarita pizza's and 2 teas. The tea was 'help yourself ' and tasteless. The pizza's were big and tasteless.

4/5 mainly because we didn't get much sleep. The room was nice enough, it was very small but we knew that coming into it. The room was clean. There was only one towel in the room, only a small hand towel was offered from reception when we requested another towel. There was a glass partition into the toilet and shower which we found very strange. Looking back at the website, this was my own mistake for not noticing in the photos but just something to note if you're going with your family as I was. The main problem we faced was the noise. All through the night, you can hear banging doors, footsteps etc. On our first night we were woken by an argument between 4 people in the hallway outside the room which lasted half an hour and then another arguement about half an hour after that. This went on until about 3am. The next night we were woken by, I assume a member of staff who felt 6am was a good time to bin glass bottles for 20 minutes. Luckily we weren't looking to lie in because the cleaners were out and about around 9am. Overall it was an okay stay. The location is amazing, right next to the West Brompton tube station and plenty of food and drink nearby. Just a shame about the noise.
