This is a really good hotel, super friendly staff, good located of most of London's events. We went to London in the hotel for our first wedding day and the staff was so cool to leave us some gifts in our room without we knew, that was so cool of them, we loved it and we definitely go back. Rooms: Rooms are very small, sockets strangely placed (like in the middle of the bed). Wardrobe is a panel on the wall with the rack behind and a single drawer under the bed. Room is reminiscent of an inside cabin on a boat (albeit a bit bigger). Bathroom really well appointed and shower powerful but the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so be aware when you get out. No tea-coffee in the room but it's available in the reception/cafe/lounge downstairs. Noteworthy details: A modern technology-based hotel with everything accessed through a touch panel in the room. They did used to use a Smartphone App but I think they moved away from that more recently.

Great location for a business trip to London. Rooms are really small but functional, you feel a bit like in a shoebox as there are no windows and it is better not to have too much luggage. - I found a big broken off nail in my room when I first entered, really disgusting - reception is literally never staffed, employees are constantly hiding in back rooms, when you need someone at the reception or the cafe counter + European outlet in the rooms + location
