Rooms: All you need, and all within reach. Comfy bed and pillow. Full size hair dryer. USB plugs on the bed. I can control temp, lights, dnd, and room service from the bed. Safety: Super safe. Staff was attentive, and guests were solo travels, and couples, no crazy rowdy activities. Walkability: Great location, all theaters are within walking distance. Great great location. Coffee place right on front. Like 10 restaurants within 5 min radius.

I prepaid for the room and breakfast, after being informed by the website that it included a proper breakfast with hot items. Turns out it doesn't - it's bread, croissants, porridge, and yogurt. The only thing decent was the croissants. When I explained to staff that wasn't what I expected when I booked, they replied "well just go get a refund then". They don't care and they don't hide it either. The bed sucked. Couldn't sleep well, and my spouse woke up sore and exhausted every day. Extra pillows unfortunately didn't help either as the bed is just too firm and stiff. Made for an exhausting trip which was disappointing. Won't be staying here again.

Would give a zero star if possible. Some extremely unfriendly staff and let you very much know they don't want your business when there is a problem. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after first bad experience... Never again.
