Contacted HTL last week to see it they could set up a wireless network in our office to cut down on the clutter of cables, spoke with a friendly staff member who arranged a call out, I explained the issue and the technician had the system up and running in no time. The following day we had a problem with one of the laptops not connecting with the new network but computer support managed to guide me with instructions over the phone and solved the problem very quickly. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend HTL to any company needing professional computer assistance.
