Update on my last review: Last Wednesday I have received my complementary haircut from stylist Tatiana. Tatiana was great, she gave her professional opinion. I was very happy with my new haircut, and blow dry. I highly recommend this hair stylist, and would definitely come again to the salon as a client!!! I appreciate that the salon paid attention to my review and did their best to resolve the issue! =========================================================== I used to be a loyal client of this salon trying a range of different services from hairstyling and facials to manicures and pedicures. I was always happy. Today I was booked for my cut and blow dry, which is quiet expensive compared with other salons and was supposed to last 90 minutes. The issues started from the hair wash. There was some issue with the water pressure. The master didn't ask me anything about the water temperature, it was constantly changing. At some point it felt like he was shampooing my dry hair. I prefer cascade haircut to create a voluminous hair. The stylist completely misunderstood me: now I have half of my hair short and half long. I can't even describe the blow dry. A person from the street can do a better job. This whole procedure from hell lasted 45 minutes. I should have complained in the salon, but I was feeling very emotional and close to crying.
