    Absolutely dreadful service. Took my money, refused to refund it in an acceptable time scale. Husband took a week off work to do DIY but couldn't as we didn't have the machinery needed because HSS computer system failed. This is the second time their systems have failed. Go to helpful hirings. They are half the price and their systems work.
