Supplied wrong size machine and local branch wouldn't refund me. Had to go through HSS Mr regional manager to get a refund which took several weeks. Got a refund in the end but wasn't easy.

I phoned to book out a hoover but had to cancel at last minute as had one loaned by a friend at the 12th hour. But wanted to leave a review anyway as the service I received was brilliant! Sarah dealt with my call and was just what the doctor ordered, what a legend! What a great telephone manner! That woman deserves a pay rise! Also spoke to Lauren, who was really helpful.
