Needed a decent chair for my bad back. Dawn at York branch, Clifton Moor, was extremely friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the products. Also let me sit in the chair I was interested in for an hour to get a feel for it, and provided coffee and biscuits! Very happy with my experience and my selected product.
