Utterly useless - trying to contact HSBC Customer Service is like trying to talk to a pigeon on planet Venus. Nobody answers the Customer Service Number, the Chat Bot does not do what I need. I've wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to get a simple piece of information and failed - what do I do now - can anybody help? How does one speak to a human being??????????????
