    I’ve been seeing Hala and team for over four years and would not trust anyone else with my face. Hala is meticulous, thorough and will not do any treatment that she doesn’t deem necessary just to make an extra sale. The customer service and after care couldn’t be better as you have direct access to Hala should you have any questions or concerns post treatment. She always aims for a natural look and achieve this through her beautiful injection technique. Would highly recommend

    I have visited this clinic and walked away very disappointed. Initially the owner was very pleasant and friendly as one would expect. Upon taking her advice in preparation to start treatment I was told I needed to purchased a product which costed £400. I developed a terrible reaction to the product. The owner had a look at my skin presented in cracks and blisters it was very bad and told me to continue to use the product!. She went further to say in a loud and rude tone that her business will be at a lost and she can not return the products to the manufacturer. Her behaviour was disgraceful, I would stronger advice to stay away from this clinic there are other well respected clinics with great results in Richmond . You need somewhere that will work with you when things do not go as expected. We all work hard for our money and should expect nothing but the best. I am all for respect and honesty.
