Very disappointed and would advise extreme caution appointing them. Ibforunately have a fair degree of legal knowledge so was able to address the issues they raise din my house sale. They were generally slow to respond, inefficient in their admin and I never, once, despite several attempts, got to speak to my solicitor. He was always 'unavilailable'. They were the cheapest conveyancing quote I received. I feel as though I have learned my lesson.

Firstly, they (Rahaf sabha & Mr jawad) don’t even deserve one star, I paid them £180 to retrieve my files and records from the home office, (this is a simple 6 week request) however they emailed be back after 19 hours with a simple basic message saying “this can’t be resolved” . They cheated me and took my money. I called another solicitor and they told me this is possible and will take 5/6 weeks for less than the price I paid these two. (150£). I was also told by the new solicitor that she had asked home office if anyone has attempted to retrieve these documents and they said no company or individual has tried to get those documents. This goes to show that these are thieving Solicitors so please please please BE CAREFUL. They will take your money and lie to your face. It’s a shame for the field of law and rules and I’d be embarrassed if I was Jawad and Sabha.
