I have used HS to sell my house and the service was very good. The % was competitive and the team were very friendly and professional, communicating with everyone all the time. My experience was very positive with HS estate agents. From booking the viewing to getting the key everything went very smoothly. What was most appreciated was the personalized approach they took in recommending an appropriate flat based on my requirements. I was in need of a flat as soon as possible and I was able to get the key just 3 working days after the viewing. Fran was easily contactable whenever I had a question and very helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service they provided.
