Just came home from my first massage at HRM Beauty. It was absolutely incredible. Literally the best massage I've ever had. Hayley is clearly so knowledgeable in her field, targeting specific problem areas to workout knots. I can really feel the difference in my shoulders already. Her approach is professional, I felt completely at ease and relaxed in her lovely little studio. I can't recommend the seated massage enough if you have aches and pains in your shoulders.
