Totally useless. It's been over 12 weeks since I first contacted them just trying to get an appointment booked - after several phonecalls and 8 emails chasing both reception and the manager I have given up. I had £1k ready for just a detail and they don't even have the decency to reply. it's one day's work guys, I wasn't asking you to rebuild the car - terrible communication. They obviously don't need the business. Will just go to a competitor

Really good experience with H.R.Owen recently. They had my car in for repair and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Even with the supply chain delays getting parts and paint they were transparent and provided updates regularly. Special mention to Glen Carrier for the initial assessment and Naomi Kanat for the super aftercare! There was excellent attention to detail and flexibility in the planning. Overall satisfied with the repair following damaged rear wheel. Car returned with TPMS warning light on due to apparent system malfunction. Proposed additional charge of £1k to replace 4 sensors is not acceptable after quote and replacement research suggested less than £200 should be adequate. The garage explained they were overloaded with cars at present which explains why i never received an update call or progress report. I had to do all the chasing.
